Earlier this week Cubiquity launched our new social and environmental initiative, RISE.

As part of RISE, the Cubiquity team voted for our Charity of the year, and the winner is…

CALM. Campaign Against Living Miserably.

They’re an incredible charity who raise awareness and give support to help change the shocking statistics of suicide, which sees 125 people take their own lives every week, 75% of which are men.

The team at Cubiquity have already been fundraising and have raised over 20% of the target in the first few weeks. You can check out our Just Giving page here.

There will be lots of fun activities coming up, including running (by the fitter members of the Cubiquity team) and a group walk in October for those of us who prefer a more leisurely outing.

Here’s just one of their inspiring campaign videos. Where the Duke of Cambridge joined a group of men including ex-professional footballer Rio Ferdinand, musician Loyle Carner, and radio and TV presenter Roman Kemp — all in support of CALM’s #BestManProject, which helps men be great mates more often.
